The Standard
in Orange County.
Fifteen years building across Orange County, from detached ADUs and room additions to full kitchen and bath remodels, foundation work, and ground up construction. Producers Construction is a licensed general building contractor, CSLB #1140813, active and bonded.
One contract covers the whole job. Foundation, framing, electrical, and finish all sit with us, so nobody is pointing at anybody else when two trades disagree about who was supposed to be there Tuesday. You get the scope and the price in writing before work starts, and the detail and coordination are the point.

Cities Served
How It Works.
Six steps from first call to final inspection.
Call Us.
Tell us what you are planning. You get a straight answer about whether it is a job we should take and roughly what it involves.
We Walk It.
We come out and look at the structure, not just the finishes. Foundation and electrical are what move a price, so we look at them first.
Scope and Price.
Everything in writing, line by line, including what the city is going to require. No allowances hiding the parts nobody wanted to price.
Plans and Permits.
We handle plan check, corrections, and inspections. Fifteen years in these cities means we know which ones run slow and we schedule for it.
We Build.
One crew, sequenced properly, with the electrical in house so the schedule does not stall waiting on a subcontractor.
Final Walk.
We walk the finished work with you and sign off the inspections. Anything not right gets fixed before we call it done.
