Where We Work.

We work across all of Orange County and the surrounding cities, roughly 20 miles in every direction, from our shop on West Ball Road in Anaheim. Close enough that a multi visit job schedules without anyone burning half a day in traffic.

Anaheim, CA

Anaheim is home. Our office is on West Ball Road, which means Anaheim jobs get the shortest response time of anywhere we work and the crew is not burning half a day in traffic to reach you.

Santa Ana, CA

Santa Ana has some of the oldest housing in the county, and older homes are where a general building license earns its keep. Knob and tube behind a wall, an undersized panel, or a foundation that has moved are all things you find after demo, not before.

Orange, CA

Orange has a large stock of genuinely old homes, particularly around the Old Towne area, and they are the opposite of a tract remodel. Trim profiles, window proportions, and roof lines all have to be matched rather than replaced with whatever the supplier has in stock.

Fullerton, CA

Fullerton runs from flat older neighborhoods near downtown up into the hills, and the two need different answers. A hillside lot brings grading, drainage, and footing questions that a flat lot never raises.

Garden Grove, CA

Garden Grove is dense postwar tract housing on flat lots with usable back yards, which makes it one of the strongest ADU markets in the county. A detached unit or a garage conversion adds a full living space without giving up the whole yard.

Buena Park, CA

Buena Park sits minutes from our Anaheim office, so it gets the same responsiveness as our home city. That matters more than it sounds: the jobs that go badly are usually the ones where nobody could get out to look at a problem the day it appeared.

Yorba Linda, CA

Yorba Linda has larger lots and newer, larger homes than most of our service area, and the work reflects that: primary suite additions, custom kitchens, second stories, and ground up construction rather than minor repairs.

Placentia, CA

Placentia mixes older neighborhoods with newer tracts, so the right project varies more here than in most of the county. An older house often needs the electrical and the foundation addressed before anyone talks about finishes; a newer one is usually a straight addition or kitchen remodel.

Brea, CA

Brea runs up into the hills, and hillside properties bring grading, drainage, and footing work that flat lots never do. It is the single most common reason a Brea addition costs more than the same addition two cities south, and it should be priced honestly at the start.
