Orange has a large stock of genuinely old homes, particularly around the Old Towne area, and they are the opposite of a tract remodel. Trim profiles, window proportions, and roof lines all have to be matched rather than replaced with whatever the supplier has in stock.

We take additions and remodels here with that in mind, and we are straight about which parts of an older home are worth restoring and which are past it. Additions get tied into the existing roof line so the house still reads as one building.

Older properties also carry older systems, so foundation and electrical get looked at as part of the scope rather than discovered halfway through.
