Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels
Full gut remodels and refreshes. Cabinetry, counters, tile, lighting, and fixtures.
Kitchens and bathrooms are where the two things that ruin a remodel show up fastest: a schedule that slips and a price that moves. Both come from a scope that was never fully written down before demo started.
We do full gut remodels and lighter refreshes: cabinetry, counters, tile, flooring, lighting, and fixtures. Because we hold the electrical in house, the recessed lighting and circuit work happen on our schedule rather than whenever a sub can fit us in.
We will also tell you when the cabinets are worth keeping. That answer costs you less and it is sometimes the right one.
